Admissions will be strictly on a first-come first-serve basis. There would be no admission tests or interviews of the parents or child. However, parents are advised to understand the methodology and guiding principles before taking admission.

Age Requirements
Toddlers: the child should be minimum18 months old on the first day of the academic year.
Playgroup: the child should be minimum 2 years old on the first day of the academic year.
Nursery: the child should be minimum 3 years old on the first day of the academic year.
KG: the child should be minimum 4 years old on the first day of the academic year.
Daycare: the child should be between 2 to 5 years.
School Timings
The Playgroup, Nursery and KG Program timings are from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
The Toddler Program timings are from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm
The Day Care Program timings are from 1.00 am to 6.00 pm
The office is open from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm
The school is in session from Monday to Friday
The timings during summer and winter remain the same through the year.
Transport
• There is an optional pickup and drop facility (additional charges depending on distance from school)
• The vehicle will be manned by a certified trained driver and a woman attendant.
• The vehicle will be equipped with a first aid kit.
At the time of admission, parents are required to fill three escort cards. The custody of the child will only be given to the holder of the card. This is to ensure utmost security for each child.
Arrival and Departures Procedures
All children are escorted to and from the gate during arrival and departure by responsible staff.
Those children who are availing school transport will be escorted to and from the bus.
Displaying the escort pass while picking up the child is mandatory. This is to ensure security for the child.
Leaving School Premises Procedure
Prior permission has to be taken from the school authorities.
A gate pass has to be signed and given to the security officer before leaving.
Child Withdrawal Procedure
One month prior notice is required to be given to the school authorities.
Fees paid will not be refunded.
Clothes
Children should wear casual and comfortable clothing keeping the weather conditions in mind.
Footwear should be with velcro or easy to slip on shoes.
A change of clothes and undergarments properly labeled is to be submitted at the beginning of the session which will be kept in school through the year in the event it is needed by the child.
Personal Belongings
Children need to carry a school bag, snack, water bottle and a napkin.
All personal belongings need to be labeled with the child’s name and class.

Parent Teacher Interaction
A meeting will be organized on a timely basis. The dates/timings will be mentioned in the child’s diary. We would appreciate it if both parents attend the meeting.
A meeting other than the pre-fixed meeting can be arranged with prior notice.
Birthday celebration in school
There is an option to send a plain cake or a packet of toffees to share with other children in the class.
No return gifts are allowed.
